Our doorbell rang around 11:30 yesterday morning, I got to the door in time to see UPS pulling away. There was a small package on the doorstep, addressed to me, from Workman Publishing (the parent company of Timber Press). You guys...it was my book!!! For real! In the flesh, uhm, paper!
So when will the book be on the shelves and (most importantly these days) shipping from online retailers? January 5th, 2021. In the meantime if you'd like to get updates please follow my @fearlessgardening Instagram page or Fearless Gardening on Facebook—and of course I would be remiss to not mention the book is available preorder from several book sellers, more info here. Whew!

After the shock of holding the book in my hands wore off—and yes, it was a shock, I had no idea it was coming yesterday—I had fun taking a couple of reenactment photos if you will. Cause I'm a dork and I'm not afraid to let you know.
This "sneak peak" might give you the idea the book is all about my garden, but it's not, not by a long shot. I write about two public gardens, ten private, a zoo and two privately owned company gardens—as well as plenty of general garden topics and plant recommendations that include lots of photos from other gardens. So when will the book be on the shelves and (most importantly these days) shipping from online retailers?
