I took this photo last week when snapping shots of flowers for Garden Bloggers Bloomday. I didn't really see what I'd captured until editing photos on my laptop screen. Do you see it?
In case you don't: there's a misshapen Mahonia gracilipes leaf on the upper left hand corner of the screen. Its shadow is falling in the upper middle and perfectly echos the red teeth on the Agave ovatifolia leaf. Spike and spurs...pure plant photo magic.
