Did you know there's an entire website dedicated to alternative uses for IKEA products? Well actually there's probably more than just one but IKEA Hackers is the one I'm familiar with. Of course just walking through any IKEA inevitably produces a few hacks as well, the display designers are given pretty free range to be creative and each store is different.
